Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
Although we always do our best to give you a great customer experience whenever you shop with jaldikharido with our 7 days returns policy in maximum products, if at all you will not satisfied completely with your purchase, you can initiate return process for a full refund by calling our Toll-Free Support No. 0120-3134394 with your Order ID, we will get back to you.
Once reported about the return at our helpline or via email, kindly send us the product packaged through our Delivery Courier Partner. We will start processing the return/replacement request subject to receipt of the product(s) in unused condition and in its original packaging at our location and it should include original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc., failing which return/replacement may not be possible.
7 days returns policy is not applicable to Beauty products, Jewellery, Books, Toys, all electronic items (items returned due to manufacturing defect will need a DOA (Dead on Arrival) Certificate or a Replacement Certificate from the authorized brand) like Mobile, Home appliances, Tablets, etc.
Damages due to negligence, inappropriate usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
In case if we were unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund the money.
Only those products are eligible for Refunds which are returned by the customer as per acceptable product return policy and for which replacement is not possible.
If any event occurs in which listed product price or product information is incorrect due to some error, jaldikharido may, at its sole discretion, inform the customer about the instructions to be followed or cancel the order and report the customer about the cancellation.
Refund Mode:
In the case of COD, If the payment mode of the refunded order was Cash of Delivery, the money will be refunded in Your Bank account which bank details provide you at the time of Refund request. The refunded order amount will be credit in your bank account within 7 days of return and receiving the product back.
In case of Online payments, If the payment mode of the refunded order was Credit Card, Debit Card / Net Banking, the same order amount will be refunded to the customer Card A/c or Bank A/c. The process will be initiated once we receive the product back and It will take around 7-10 working days in total to reflect in to your account.
Cancellation Policy:
Customer can cancel the order any time before delivery of products But Post-delivery or in Non-refundable products, Cancellation is not possible. Post Delivery, customer can request for Return as per jaldikharido return policy. Although we always do our best to give you a great customer experience whenever you shop with Our Website and Mobile App, if at all you will not be satisfied completely with your purchase, you can initiate the cancellation process through our website or app under My Orders Section with your Order ID.
